上海健友实业有限公司成立于2006年1月，注册资金500万元，坐落于中国东部繁荣的上海浦东新区。

公司主要经营范围：饮料、果汁、罐头以及休闲食品等货物进出口业务。产品主要出口日本，韩国，欧洲，中东等国家。公司以市场营销为龙头，以产品设计和研发为基础，在国内与一些知名企业集团建立了紧密的合作关系，从而形成了产供销一体化的现代企业经营模式。

随着和日本等多家客户合作业务的迅速发展，物流量大大增加。因此我们于2006年1月份正式挂牌成立了拥有独立进出口权和能够进行物流操作的现地法人公司，一个旨在让全人类都能够吃上、用上安全、安心的健康食品和用品的上海健友实业有限公司就此诞生了！为配合公司能够更健康，稳健的快速发展，确保产品质量万无一失，我们先后在泰安，青岛等地设立了办事处，对产品进行了全程严格的监控，工厂管理和产品质量管理体系坚定不移地执行ISO9001：2000；HACCP；JAS等国际认定的标准。

Shanghai Jianyou Industrial Co., Ltd was founded at Jan. 2006, enrollment capital is RMB 5 million, located at the beautiful and prosperous Shanghai Pudong New Area of east China.

Our business scope included: drink, juice, canned food, snack food, food exports and imports business. Our products mainly export to Japan, Korea, Europe, Middle East etc. With marketing as our leading role and products research and design as bases, we also set close cooperation relations with some famous cooperation and groups at home, and then we set a modern company model of production, supply and sale.

Together with business advancement of Japan and other countries, the exports business increase greatly. Then on Jan.2006 we established Shanghai Jianyou Industrial Co., Ltd, a company which has independent exports and imports right, independent logistics operation ability, dedicated in offering healthy food was founded!

In order to keep steady continuous progress and assure the product quality, we set offices in Qingdao and Taian respectively, also introducing international quality control system such as ISO, HACCP and JAS to our factory management which keeps our product quality under strict control.
